Ingredients

Concentrated spice paste: onions, shallots, tomatoes, vegetable oil, ghee*, garlic, ginger, chillies, coriander, mint, spices, salt.

Garam masala: coriander, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, peppercorns, chilis, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, turmeric, bay leaves, herbs and spices.

*The vegan kit is made with vegan dairy alternatives

Cooking Instructions

Serves 4-6

1. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee and stir in 3 to 4 tablespoons (45 g to 60 g) of Bhuna Masala Paste.
2. Add 500g of your favourite protein (chicken, shrimp, pork, beef, lamb, tofu, paneer and more) or pre-cooked legumes or pulses; or vegetables and combine.
3. Add salt and enough water to make the gravy as thick or thin as you want. Stir and cook on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Turn off the head and sprinkle toasted garam masala and mix well.
