Ingredients: Vegetable Broth (Water, Salt, Hydrogenated soybean and/or palm oils, Monosodium glutamate, Sugars, Hydrolyzed soy and/or corn proteins, Dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, basil), Yeast extract, Caramel powder, Citric acid, Spices, Rosemary extract), Cassareep (cassava extract), Jaggery (organic sugarcane juice), Brown sugar, Vegetable oil, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Wiri wiri peppers, Herbs, Spices, Cornstarch, Citric acid.   • Separation may occur, shake well before use.

  • STEP ONE

    Wash and pat dry 500g of protein or vegetables (pork, beef, lamb, mushrooms, soy, potatoes and more)

  • STEP TWO

    Add salt and pepper per your taste. Mix well.

  • STEP THREE

    Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil and add protein or vegetables, stirring often until browned and fully cooked

  • STEP FOUR

    Add 500 ml of Pepperpot Braising sauce. Add 1 cup (237 ml) hot water to cover the protein or vegetable. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Partially cover the pot. Cook on medium-low or low heat until tender (approx. 15 min to 1 hour). Adjust seasoning if desired
