Just like your local Indian restaurant, our two-step spice kit blends savoury flavours with a velvety and sweet tomato-based sauce that’s finished with our special garam masala blend. Enriched with ground cashews, butter and dairy cream or vegan (it’s your choice!) you’ll be mastering this dish in no time flat.

Tip: To impart a smoky bbq flavour, try cooking poultry, seafood or red meat with our tandoori marinade before adding to the Makhan sauce.

Ingredients: Yogurt (milk), Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Chili peppers, Ghee (milk), Vegetable oil, Mustard oil (mustard), Herbs, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium glutamate, Spices, Lemon juice (citric acid).
Contains: Milk, Mustard. May Contain: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Sulphites, Soy, Wheat.

Ingrédients: Yaourt (lait), Oignons, Ail, Gingembre, Piments, Ghee (lait), Huile végétale, Huile de moutarde (moutarde), Herbes, Sel, Sucre, Glutamate monosodique, Épices, Jus de citron (acide citrique).

  • Seperation may occur, shake well before use.

  • STEP ONE

    In a mixing bowl, add 500 g of your preferred protein or vegetables - chicken, lamb, beef, pork, tilapia, paneer, mushrooms or sweet potato and more. Add salt per your taste and mix well.

  • STEP TWO

    Heat 1 to 2 tbsp oil in a medium or large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add protein or vegetables and sauté until fully cooked.

  • STEP THREE

    Lower heat and Add 12 oz (355 ml) of Makhani sauce and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add hot water or stock for desired consistency. Adjust seasoning.

  • STEP FOUR

    Serve with rice, naan or roti.

  • OPTIONAL

    Garnish with up to three of the following: chopped coriander or fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi); butter, drizzle with whipping cream, spritz of lemon, fresh or pickled sliced onions.

• Keep the concentrated paste in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days of purchase and 3 days of opening. 

• Keep the garam masala in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

• Not suitable for the microwave.

• This product is made in Ontario from domestic and imported ingredients. And manufactured in facilities where soy, dairy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts may be present.

For someone like me, who has always been disappointed with ready-made products, either on store shelves or sold as kits, this one just blew me away!
