How do I get my products?
At this time we offer pick-up only at Brampton's Farmers Market on Saturdays from 7am-2pm (June 15th to October 12th, 2024) or Palgrave United Community (Commercial) Kitchen on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 6pm-8pm.
How long will it take to get my order?
You may purchase directly from us at the market on Saturday's or place an order 48 hours in advance and pick up from our commercial kitchen on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
Is curbside pickup available?
Yes! Curbside pickup will be ready 12-24 hours after your order has been processed. You will receive email instructions on where to pick up your order in Brampton or Caledon.
Do you offer Shipping?
We hope to offer delivery coverage soon. Drop us a line on where you live and we may open up a delivery slot in the future.
Currently our Masala Chai is available for shipping within Canada. If you would like us to ship it to another country, however, please email info@chillypaste.ca with your full shipping address. All our products ship out of Brampton, Ontario. Orders take one to two business days to be processed. If your order is shipped by mail, it will take seven to 10 days to receive after it has been processed.
Are your products available in my local grocery store?
At this time, we are not in any retailers. Please check back with us or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made with love and handled with care in clean and sanitized commercial facilities in the Region of Peel, Ontario. To ensure health protection, our employees are certified with handling food safely, including HACCP. We make our products in small batches so that you receive the freshest product around!
Are your products organic?
We source and use local fresh ingredients including organic ingredients, where economically possible. We use a combination of domestic and imported ingredients.
Can your products be frozen?
Yes, paste, sauce and marinade products (except Masala Chai) may be frozen up to three months.
I have food allergies. Is there a possibility of cross-contact in your facility?
We take every precaution to ensure that cross-contamination of ingredients does not occur in our commercial kitchen, but we want you to know that our products are produced in a facility that processes foods containing wheat, milk, soy, mustard, tree nuts, seeds, peanuts, fish, shellfish and eggs.
Are your masala chai mix the same as the ones at my local café or coffee shop?
Chai, especially lattes at your local café or coffee shop are prepared with a sweetened concentrated syrup or instant, powdered version of chai. They can contain artificial flavours and preservatives. Our chai is natural and authentic. Once you taste our chai, you may never go back to café/coffee shop purchases!
Do your products contain preservatives, artificial colours and flavours?
Our preservation method is refrigeration. We do not add preservatives and therefore the product must be used by the due date. We do not add artificial colours and flavours in our products, with the exception of our tandoori marinade which has small amounts of food colouring and MSG.
