  • Separation may occur, shake well before use.

  • STEP ONE

    Wash and pat dry 500g of protein or vegetables (pork, beef, lamb, mushrooms, soy, potatoes and more)

  • STEP TWO

    Add salt and pepper per your taste. Mix well.

  • STEP THREE

    Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil and add protein or vegetables, stirring often until browned and fully cooked

  • STEP FOUR

    Add 500 ml of Pepperpot Braising sauce. Add 1 cup (237 ml) hot water to cover the protein or vegetable. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Partially cover the pot. Cook on medium-low or low heat until tender (approx. 15 min to 1 hour). Adjust seasoning if desired

• Keep the garam masala in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
