Ingredients: Vegetable Broth (Water, Salt, Hydrogenated soybean and/or palm oils, Monosodium glutamate, Sugars, Hydrolyzed soy and/or corn proteins, Dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, basil), Yeast extract, Caramel powder, Citric acid, Spices, Rosemary extract), Cassareep (cassava extract), Jaggery (organic sugarcane juice), Brown sugar, Vegetable oil, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Wiri wiri peppers, Herbs, Spices, Cornstarch, Citric acid.   • Separation may occur, shake well before use.

  • STEP ONE

    In a bowl, add 450g of your preferred protein (meat, seafood, or vegetarian) or vegetables.

    Add salt per your taste and mix well.

  • STEP TWO

    In a heavy bottomed pot, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil and add proteinor vegetables, stirring often until browned and fully cooked

  • STEP THREE

    Add Pepperpot Braising sauce. Add 1 cup of hot water or enough to cover the protein or vegetable in the pot. Mix well. Partially cover the pot and cook on medium-low or low heat until tender.

  • OPTIONAL

    Garnish with spring onions and serve with bread.
