Ingredients

Ingredients: Onions, Tomatoes, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato Paste, Chili Peppers, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Lemon Juice (citric acid). May Contain: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Mustard, Sulphites, Soy, Wheat.

Ingrédients: Oignons, Tomates, Ghee (lait), Huile végétale, Ail, Gingembre, Pâte Concentrée de Tomates, Piment du Chili, Sel, Sucre, Épices, Jus de Citron (acide citrique). Peut Contenir: Arachides, Noix, Sésame, Moutarde, Sulfites, Soya, Blé.

  • Seperation may occur, shake well before use.

  • STEP ONE

    Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee and stir in 3 to 4 tablespoons (45 g to 60 g) of Bhuna Masala Paste.

  • STEP TWO

    Add 500g of your favourite protein (chicken, shrimp, pork, beef, lamb, tofu, paneer and more) or pre-cooked legumes or pulses; or vegetables and combine.

  • STEP THREE

    Add salt per your taste

  • STEP FOUR

    Add water to make the gravy as thick or thin as you want. Stir and cook on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.

  • STEP FIVE

    Turn off heat and sprinkle desired amount of toasted garam masala and mix well.

  • OPTIONAL

    Garnish with up to three of the following: chopped coriander or mint; ginger matchsticks, pomegranate arils, fresh or fried sliced onions. Drizzle ghee or butter (optional not vegan), and spritz of lemon.

• No artificial preservatives, colourings, or flavourings!

• Keep the concentrated paste in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days of purchase and 3 days of opening. 

• Keep the garam masala in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

• Not suitable for the microwave.

• This product is made in Ontario from domestic and imported ingredients. And manufactured in facilities where soy, dairy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts may be present.

Love this jar of goodness!

It's amazing how food can transport you back to places. Well Amanda, you transported my husband back to his childhood and the rest of the family got to join him.
