INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup water, boiled
2 tsp of Chilly Paste Co. Masala Chai
1.5 to 2 tbsp condensed milk (or sugar) to taste
¼ cup evaporated milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup Ice (or as desired)

DIRECTIONS
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Kettle or pot, pint glass, and spoon.
METHOD:
- Boil water, add tea mix and steep for 10 minutes
- While team is steeping and cooling, use a pint sized glass and mix the evaporated milk and condensed milk
- Add ice
- Strain tea over ice
- Mix well
